In this plan, you will learn the ins and outs of ultrarunning; from how to create a training plan to the fundamentals of nutrition to gear to race planning and more. Bimonthly progress check-ins (one 60-minute session to discuss the fundamentals of ultrarunning + one 30-minute session to check training progress)
