In this plan, you will learn the ins and outs of ultrarunning; from how to create a training plan to the fundamentals of nutrition to gear to race planning and more.     Nutrition coaching to help you optimize performance and/or general health & wellness. This is a client-centered process that is designed for individuals to learn more about topics such as sports nutrition, older adult nutrition, nutrition for high blood pressure, diabetes, IBS, IBD, weight loss, etc. or focus on general nutrition recommendations as they pertain to Nutrition Coaching.

     

    Initial Nutrition Consultation (60-minute meeting)

    Follow-up consultation (30-45 minutes) to review progress and changes

    Assessment of energy, macronutrient, and hydration needs

    Food Log Analysis (optional but recommended)

    Medical History and/or Labs Analysis (optional)

    Daily nutrition recommendations + meal planning assistance

    Nutrition recommendations for before, during and after exercise

    Supplement Reviews

  • Complete Performance

    $369/mo

    A holistic and intensive package that includes Advanced Coaching along with professional nutrition consulting services from a Registered Dietitian. This package is for athletes looking to improve their diet, prepare for a race, or manage a health condition while they are also training for an event.

     

    Weekly progress check-ins (up to 60-minutes each)
