    Coaching Consult

    $75

    This is a one-time coaching consult to discuss training or help you prepare for a race. In these sessions, we may discuss aspects of the coaching curriculum that relate to running training, strength work, gear or philosophy/mindset. I will also provide you with a thorough review of our meeting once it is over and provide you with any materials that may assist your training based off our conversation.

    Nutrition Coaching Consult

    $90

    This is a one-time, 60-minute session with a Registered Dietitian (Stefan) to help you optimize performance and/or general health. This session can be purchased as a follow-up from the Nutrition Coaching Package, or as a one-time purchase for individuals looking to discuss a particular aspect of nutrition (aka no need to have worked with me previously). The topic(s) we discuss are up to you! Additionally, after the session is over, you will receive an overview of topics discussed and pertinent nutrition information that can help you as you move forward.

    Customized Training Plan

    $240

    This is a fully customized 20-week training plan for athletes looking to train for their next event. In this one-time purchase, I will fully customize you a training plan for an event/distance of your choice. In order to create the best and most personalized training plan for you, we will meet for one hour to discuss your training history and goals. Additionally, we will meet for 30-minutes to review your training plan once it is created. Your customized training plan will also come with about 1-2 pages of notes that are customized to help you further understand your plan and assist you in training.

    Standardized Training Plans

    Standard training plans are designed to be one-size fits all plans for runners looking to train for their next event. I offer a variety of training plans, which can be purchased individually. Each plan also comes with about 2 pages of highly detailed notes that are designed to help aid your training process. Below is a brief summary of training plans I offer and pricing associated with them:
